Kristen Gacoin has been with the agency since 1995, and her knowledge and expertise gained from many years in the industry provide a quality edge over other local insurance agencies. She is a licensed agent in the state of Colorado, and serves as Melissa’s office manager, customer care specialist, and both her right AND left hands. Kristen’s combination of a genuine care and concern for our clients and a fiery sense of humor fill the office with a warm and energetic vibe. She believes strongly in precision and excellence, and takes a “get it done” approach to each second in each minute of each day. In her personal life, Kristen’s deepest devotion is to spending time with the special men in her life, her wonderful husband and amazing son. Mackenzie Poulin joined our agency a year ago. Mackenzie brings a great new energy into our office. She answers the phone with her magnetic personality and kind heart. When you have the pleasure of meeting Mackenzie in our office she will greet you with a big smile and make you her #1 priority. On a blue sky sunny day during a weekend you might find Mackenzie taking a bike ride with her husband or spending quality time with her family. Mackenzie’s hobbies are camping, road trips and cooking in her kitchen.
